AMERICORPS*VISTA OPPORTUNITIES

In partnership with the Corporation for National and Community Service, Volunteer Maryland serves as an intermediary agency for nonprofit organizations that address the root causes of poverty and work to bring Maryland citizens or communities out of poverty.
Pending receipt of federal AmeriCorps funding, Volunteer Maryland will review and approve AmeriCorps*VISTA Sponsor agencies and VISTA placements at multiple community-based organizations each year.
